Step Inside To Find The Perfect Fit
Find Your Bra Size
Step 1) Measure Your Band Size: While braless or wearing a non-padded bra, measure around the bottom of the band, directly under your bust. The measuring tape should be level and snug, but not tight. Round to the nearest whole number.
Step 2) Measure Your Bust Size: Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number.
Enter your measurements from Step 1 & 2 in the drop downs below.

How do I measure for a nursing bra? Do I just buy my regular size? Do I size up?
We do not suggest just buying your regular, pre-pregnancy, bras size. Since your body is changing, so to will your size. Your old bras may be stretched and the fabric warn. Different brands also fit differently, as do variations from one style of bra to the next. We suggest that you measure yourself using the instructions on our fit guide. It may be helpful to have someone assist to make sure you get accurate measurements. Standing in front of a mirror and utilizing a soft soft tape measure works best. We’ve also provided an easy fit calculator, so just plug in your measurements and we will give you our suggestion for proper sizing.
When should I buy a nursing bra? Now or later?
There is no right answer here. Every pregnancy is unique. You may find that your size continues to change throughout your pregnancy or it may stay pretty consistent. Because of this, you may need to shop for new bras several times or just once. If your bra is too tight – for example when the band starts digging in and/or you’re spilling out of the cups – that’s the right time to size up. If you are preparing well in advance, we usually find that most women start shopping around the 4-6 month range.
